Rockbarton Park Hotel **

This well situated hotel offers a country house feel in the heart of Salthill, one of Ireland`s premier seaside resorts.

The Rockbarton Park Hotel is an intimate family-run establishment, situated in a quiet and secluded residential location, yet only 2 minutes walk from the shores of Galway Bay, downtown Salthill and a short stroll from the Leisureland Amusement Park and entertainment complex. The Galway Golf Club and Galway Lawn Tennis Club are both only a short walk away as well.

We offer a country house feel in the heart of Salthill, one of Ireland`s Premier seaside resorts. Located in a quite secluded area, yet only a short walk from the Beach, Downtown Salthill and Amusement Park.

Children older than 14 year are considered adult for room occupancy.
Children no older than 4 year can stay for free.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00.
Dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:00.
Price of Breakfast Buffet (if not included in Price of Room: 7 EUR).
Price of Full English Breakfast (if not included in Price of Room): 10 EUR.

Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

- From Galway Airport, Carnmore, leave via the R339.
- At traffic lights, turn left onto the N18 (signposted Claregalway).
- Continue forward onto the N18 for 3.8 km, entering Claregalway.
- Turn left onto the N17 for 400 metres (signposted Galway).
- Continue forward onto Tuam Road via the N17 for 6.7 km, entering Galway.
- At Font roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Tuam Road via the R336 for 700 metres (signposted City Centre).
- After 1 km, you will see Travelodge (Galway City).
- At Joyce roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bothermore for 600 metres via the R336 (signposted City Centre).
- Turn right onto Eyre Square via the R336 for 1.3 km.
- Turn left onto Victoria Place for 100 metres via the R336 (signposted Salthill).
- At traffic lights, continue forward onto Dock Road for 300 metres via the R336 (signposted Salthill).
- Bear left onto Father Griffin Road for 400 metres via the R336 (signposted Salthill).
- Proceed across Wolfe Tone Bridge for 100 metres.
- At traffic signals continue forward onto Father Griffin Road for 500 metres.
- Turn right onto Grattan Road for 800 metres.
- Turn left onto Upper Salthill Road for 200 metres via the R864 (signposted Upper Salthill).
- The hotel is situated directly behind the Salthill Hotel, which is on the promenade in Salthill.

Galway Golf Club (1 km) - A world class championship golf course only 5 minutes from the hotel.

Connemara (10 km) - A world renowned area of scenic beauty.
