The courtyard with its medieval Brew house is of particular historic interest. As you will see, there is much we have to offer at the Lansdowne Strand Hotel. Free secure parking is available in the courtyard. The lounge is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon tea, or a lazy day reading the newspapers. The roaring warmth of of the open fire will make the coldest of winter days seem even more cosy for residents and passing travellers alike. The Lansdowne Strand Hotel is privately owned and run by owners with a dedicated and caring staff committed to providing a warm welcome and a personal and attentive service Children older than 14 year are considered adult for room occupancy. Children no older than 2 year can stay for free. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00. Dinner is served from 18:30 until 21:15. Travelling from Bristol along the m4 get off at junction 17 heading for Chippenham, travel through Chippenham on the a4 which leads straight to Calne.
