Guests arriving before 14:30 will not be checked in or able to park their car unless they have a prior arrangement. If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please inform 3 Norfolk Square in advance. Guests arriving 3 hours later than their stated check-in time must inform the property of their delay or their booking may be cancelled with no refund.

There is no check-in after 21:00 unless you have given prior notice and an arrival time has been pre-arranged.

Only the people named on the booking can stay in the rooms. Children cannot be accommodated.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Any multi-room booking must give an undertaking that this is not the case. If this is the case, upon arrival, any such bookings will be cancelled and no refund given.
