Situated on the cliff-side facing the sea, the Magic Balcony in Ai Giannis offers air-conditioned apartments equipped with flat screen and satellite TVs and CD/DVD players.

The Magic Balcony features a children’s playground. Guests are offered a warm welcome with wine and ouzo treat.

Accommodation at the Magic Balcony consists of spacious, air-conditioned apartments with seating area with and kitchen. Complimentary home-grown fruit and vegetables are offered daily.

Boat trips, fishing tours and gastronomic tours can be arranged upon request. Guests are provided with bicycles and fishing equipment.

The sandy beaches of Plaka and Ai Giannis can be easily accessed within a 5-minute drive.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All further children under 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
