Located at the entrance to the village of Mösern, Residenzen Maximilian is 600 metres from the Hinterfeld Ski Lift and 3 km from Seefeld. The spacious, non-smoking apartments all have a large terrace with panoramic mountain views.

All apartments at Maximilian Residenzen feature a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom. Each apartment offers unlimited free wired internet and direct access from the underground parking. Towels and linen are provided.

Breakfast and half-board are available at an additional cost. A bread delivery service is offered on request. A ski storage room and a small children’s play area are available on site.

An indoor pool with panoramic mountain views and a spa area can be used free of charge at the partner hotel Inntaler Hof, 600 metres away. This hotel also features a restaurant, a tennis court, mountain bike and bicycle rental, and a children’s club on 6 days a week.
