Check-in after 21:00 will be charged GBP 20 and after midnight will be charged GBP 30.

Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel.

Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged.

A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged as guarantee on credit/debit card or cash.

In the case of groups of 6 or more guests, the security deposit will be GBP 50 per person. The final balance is to be paid upon arrival.
