Shigetsuso ***

Shigetsuso is a 10-minute drive from Shuzenji Train Station in northern Izu. It offers simple Japanese-style rooms with futon beds and a tea maker. A public hot-spring bath is available.

Hotel Shigetsuso’s air-conditioned rooms have shoji paper screens and tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Each has a TV and fridge. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.

Shigetsu-den Temple is just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Shuzen-ji Temple is a 3-minute walk away.
