Iori Kyoto Townhouse Annex features restored traditional Japanese Machiya townhouses, all furnished with modern facilities. All 5 houses are located in central Kyoto and comes with free Wi-Fi, a kitchen and heated tatami-mat rooms.

Each Machiya townhouse features air conditioning facilities and an en suite bathroom with a Japanese-style tub. The kitchen includes a fridge, electric kettle and a microwave. Kitchenware and a coffee maker with organic coffee are included as well. Selected houses have tea ceremony rooms and inner gardens.

All properties are located in the downtown area of historic Old Kyoto. They are all within a 20-minute drive from local attractions like Nijo Castle and the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Itami Airport is about 38 km from all properties.

Bicycle rental and luggage storage are available at all properties, as well as English-speaking concierge services. Guests can experience additional services such as traditional tea ceremonies and calligraphy writing, or try on kimonos for an extra cost.

Although there are no on-site restaurants, the property`s staff will be able to recommend famous local eateries.

When the reservation has been confirmed, the guest will be sent an email with the address of the property, the code for the townhouse`s electronic lock and the management company`s phone number.
Guests should call the company to arrange a check-in time upon arrival in Kyoto, and go directly to the property at the decided time. The staff member will give the guest a tour of the property.
Guests can call the company if they have any questions or problems.

Full payment will be made within 3 days to confirm the booking. The hotel will charge the guests` credit card and guests will receive a confirmation email.

Linens can be changed daily upon request.

All properties are strictly non-smoking throughout. Use of an open flame within the property is prohibited.
