Water`s Edge Hotel ***Set in the tranquil surroundings of Bouley Bay on Jersey`s north coast, this hotel offers breathtaking views over the bay to the distant French coastline. Ideal for a relaxing break or a special event, the hotel??™s rooms features a sea view or south-facing garden view. In the evenings you can relax in the hotel`s very own pub, well-known to locals for its delicious food and character. The hotel restaurant offers beautiful panoramic views over the bay and features a selection of exciting dishes, including fresh local seafood. The hotel has its own pub, The Black Dog. The pub is open from 11:00 to 23:00 and the cocktail bar is open from 18:00 onwards. The restaurant serves breakfast between 08:00 and 10:00 each day. Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:15. Although the hotel does not have a formal dress code, it would be appreciated if guests dining in the restaurant dressed smartly. No shorts, t-shirts, jeans, trainers etc. will be accepted. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Jersey is only 45 minutes by plane and 3 hours by fast ferry from the south coast of England, and 14 miles from the French coast. There are country walks and beaches to visit around the island. Jersey offers a wide range of attractions including: Jersey Zoo - Founded by Gerald Durrell, the zoo is famous for its gorilla enclosure. The Living Legend - Learn some of Jersey??™s history of before a round of crazy golf. The Battle of the Flowers - In August each year, a parade of floats decorated with beautiful local flowers can be seen in the streets of St. Helier, accompanied by live music and dancing.
