Your Hotel Dundee ***Conveniently positioned off the A90 (Kingsway), this hotel offers value for money accommodation with easy access to the city centre and local attractions. These include Discovery Point and RRS Discovery, where you can view Captain Scott`s famous Antarctic ship. Spectacular lighting, graphics and special effects recreate key moments in the Discovery story. The restored bridge gives a captain`s view over the ship and River Tay. The recently refurbished Your Hotel offers comfortable en suite rooms, excellent service, great food and a friendly bar. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. From the North: - Take the A90 south for Dundee. - Continue onto Kingsway South and take the exit at the Ardler Roundabout signposted B960 City Centre, Clepington Road. - Take the 1st right off Clepington Road onto Johnston Avenue. - Continue to roundabout and turn left. The hotel is on the left hand side. From the South: - Approach from Fife over the Tay Road Bridge and take the left hand lane onto the A991 south. - At the roundabout, exit for the A85 Riverside Drive and continue onto the A85. - At the next roundabout, exit for the A90 Kingsway West. - At Ardler Roundabout, take exit for "B960 City Centre, Clepington Road" and continue as above. From the West (Perth): - Continue onto the A90 for Dundee. - At the 1st roundabout, take the exit straight ahead onto the A90 Kingsway West. - Continue to Ardler Roundabout and continue as above. From Dundee Airport: - Turn left out of airport and continue along the A85. - At roundabout, take the right hand lane for A90 Kingsway West and continue to Ardler Roundabout. - Continue as above. Nearby attractions include: Glamis Castle (by Forfar) - family home of the Earls of Strathmore and Kinghorne. A royal residence since 1372, it was the childhood home of the Queen Mother, the birthplace of Princess Margaret and the setting for Shakespeare`s play Macbeth.
