The Gästehaus Kocher enjoys a quiet location, a 10-minute walk from the centre of St. Martin im Tennengebirge and from the bathing lake. It features its own sauna area and the ski bus stops just 150 metres away.

All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toiletries and a balcony. Free wired internet access is available in the entire Kocher guest house. A bottle of Prosecco and a fruit platter is provided as a welcome gift.
