Elisha uses the best available local, seasonal and organic ingredients including some from the farm at Sharpham Park which supplies the kitchen with White Park beef, rare breed lamb, venison and organic spelt to create a menu that is both exciting and delicious. Elisha has been awarded the “Somerset Life” Chef of the Year 2007, and also awarded the Silver Medal for Bath Chef of the Year 2007.
