Family-run and in a fantastic location, the Blackburne has everything you need for a perfect city break. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 6.95 per person. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
