Home Serviced Apartments - Birmingham ****In Birmingham’s city centre, these stylish and modern apartments have free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas with plasma flat-screen TVs with Freeview and DVD players. Home Serviced Apartments are between Brindley Place and the Mailbox, about 500 metres from each. All that the city has to offer is within easy reach, including all of the bars, clubs and restaurants, as well as Birmingham`s financial district and the famous Bullring shopping centre. All of the stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments are individually designed with contemporary furnishings. Every apartment has a spacious living and work area with an integrated entertainment system. The luxurious bathrooms have power showers, anti-steam mirrors, heated towel rails, towels and bathroom products. The contemporary kitchens have microwaves, ovens, refrigerators and washer/dryers. Each apartment has a private allocated parking space available at an additional cost. A luxury welcome pack is provided, along with a free bottle of wine. All of the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. You will find a free bottle of wine in the fridge. A breakfast pack (with bread, milk, cereals, jams and chocolate) can be purchased from the minibar in the apartment. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 29.38 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 29.38 per night and person for extra beds. Parking: The vehicle entrance to the car park is directly opposite Tennant Street.
