Umi Suites ****These suites are a new addition, situated just 100 metres from the popular Umi Hotel. They offer luxury accommodation at 3-star prices in the Notting Hill area of London. Umi Suites are situated only a couple of minutes away from Kensington Gardens and Bayswater Road, which makes it easily accessible via public transport. Both Queensway and Bayswater Underground stations are within a short walk, as is the famous antique market at Portobello Road. Baby cot can be provided free of charge for a maximum of 1 child under 2 years of age. Folding bed can be arranged on a request basis only for children between 2-12 years of age at 50% of an adult rate per night based on two adults sharing. 1356 restaurant and late bar are situated just 100 metres down the road at the sister property, Umi Hotel. At night, 1356 serves great-value, freshly prepared European food, amazing cocktails and funky in-house entertainment. Live sports are shown on a large plasma-screen TV, providing a wonderful atmosphere in which to relax or party at night. 1356 is available for private hire for a product launch, office party or family celebration. Breakfast is not included, but cafe-style continental breakfasts and full English breakfasts are available at an additional cost at the Umi Hotel between 07:00 and 12:00 daily. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
