It does not tolerate parties, stag or hen nights or weekend revellers. Additional persons attempting to visit the apartment, other than on a corporate basis, will not be granted access. City Centre Chic retains the right to impose a GBP 50 surcharge for cleaning services if the apartment has been left in what is considered to be an unacceptable state of cleanliness. This charge shall be imposed at their discretion. Children under the age of 16 may be allowed by prior arrangement. Payment Information: All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% handling fee and debit cards subject to a 1.5% handling fee over and above the published rate. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the booking stage shortly after your stay.
