The Beverley is about 5 minutes from the town and Princess Theatre, and a 3-minute walk from the beach. The Beverley is one of the closest hotels to the English Riviera Centre, a leisure and conference centre. Both Torre and Torquay train stations are less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Many rooms contain period Victorian features such as ornate coving or fireplaces, and all rooms have an en suite bathroom. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel (for an extra charge). By Road - Take the M5 to Exeter where it runs onto the A38. - Take the A38 until the A38/A380 fork. Take the left-hand fork at the railway station and get into the right-hand lane. - At the set of traffic lights just past Quick-Fit, turn right. Follow the road down the hill past the police station. - Go through the pedestrian crossing. The hotel is located on the right-hand side of the road after the next set of traffic lights. By Rail There are 2 local train stations, Torquay and Torre. Both are about 650 metres from the hotel. By Coach Torquay coach station is within easy walking distance of the hotel. The main beach in Torquay, Torre Abbey Sands, is a 3-minute walk away, and is located at the bottom of Belgrave Road, where you will be greeted by an outstanding view across the bay. The town centre is also within easy reach of the hotel; the top of the high street is about 4 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is easy to find from the main road into Torquay.
