Shinta Mani ****Shinta Mani, which is derived from Sanskrit, meaning ???The gem that provides everything one desires??? is an 18-room boutique hotel and institute of hospitality. Conveniently located in the heart of the old French Quarter and less the nine kilometers from Angkor Wat, the hotel offers the finest contemporary cuisine in Siem Reap featuring local organic ingredients and imported products.
