The Baytree is a well-maintained Victorian property located in a quiet, tree-lined road only 5 minutes’ walk from the seafront, shops, restaurants and English Riviera Conference Centre.

The Baytree is `Highly Commended` in the English Riviera Quality Awards for Best Bed & Breakfast. It has been awarded 4 Star with Silver Accolade by the VisitBritain Quality Assessment Scheme from 2008 to 2012, and the coverted Breakfast Award also in 2012.

The family-run Baytree has refurbished rooms with new furniture, carpets, beds, decoration and en suite bathrooms. If you are arriving in Torquay by train or coach, The Baytree offers a free pick-up and drop-off service (Torquay train and coach stations only).

Breakfast is served from 09:00 until 09:30. Earlier breakfasts can be arranged if requested the night before.

The Baytree requests that full payment is made the night before departure. American Express is not accepted. A cheque-guarantee card is required for cheque payments.

When booking, please include an estimated time of arrival. Early arrival can be arranged at the time of booking. Late arrivals must be agreed at time of booking.
