Breakfasts are specially cooked to order and are made using locally sourced, free-range produce whenever possible. Most of the shops are individually owned and include the famous Scotts of Stow. There are many excellent eating places in the town, with plenty of pubs and good restaurant, including the well-known The Old Butchers, which is just a minute`s walk from the bed and breakfast. Stow-on-the-Wold is located in the heart of the Cotswolds and is the largest town in the area. With Chure House as a base, you can easily enjoy day trips to Stratford (25 minutes), Blenheim Palace, Oxford (40 minutes), Cheltenham (20 minutes), Bourton-on-the-Water, the Slaughters, Chipping Camden, Broadway and Burford, to name a few.
