Surrounded by meadows, Landhaus Maria-Luise enjoys a quiet location 1 km from the centre of Kappl and 1.3 km from the Dias-Bahn Ski Lift. The apartments feature a balcony with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and satellite TV.

The large garden includes a furnished sun terrace with barbecue facilities. A heated ski storage room is available on site. You can have freshly baked bread rolls delivered to your apartment on request. A children’s playground as well as table tennis and darts facilities can be found at the guest house.

The apartments with wooden furnishings and carpeted floors further include a dining area and a seating area. There is a private bathroom with a shower for each bedroom.

You can find a supermarket 600 metres from the property. During the winter season, the ski bus stops twice per day right outside the property and takes to Ischgl, 8 km away.

As of summer 2013, the Silvretta All Inclusive Card will be included in all rates during summer season. It offers free use of cable cars in the region, of the buses from Landeck to Bielerhöhe, and free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and to the lake in the Paznaun Valley.
