Charcas Lagoon Resort ****A unique property in one of the most unexplored locations in southern Europe, the hotel is an oasis of tranquility and contemporary luxury, surrounded by a web of lakes and trees. It is open daily from 12:30 to 16:00 and from 19:30 to 22:30. The Caribbean-style bar is next to the pool and serves light snacks and refreshing drinks. Charcas Lagoon Bar offers a quiet retreat, whether its day or night. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. From the Airport: By Car (120 km/ 1 hour 15 minutes): - Cross the Vasco da Gama bridge. - Take exit 3 toward IC3/Alcochete/Porto Alto. - Continue on the IC3 (signs for IC3/Porto Alto/Alcochete). - Turn right at N119. - Go over one roundabout. - Continue on the N251 for 20 km then turn left toward the N2. - Turn left at the N2. - Turn left at the N243 and go straight for 8 km and find the hotel to your left. The Charcas Lagoon is located to the north of Alentejo, next to Barrage de Montargil. The hotel is only 12 km away from Ponte de Sôr and 6 km away from Montargil.
