Waltons Hotel ***This beautiful Georgian building in Dublin city centre is 2 minutes from O`Connell Steet and within walking distance of the main shopping district, Croke Park and Temple Bar. Walton`s Hotel has recently been renovated, but still keeps its many original features. These include crystal chandeliers, artistic plasterwork, huge staircases, antique mirrors and beautiful marble fireplaces. As well as individually decorated rooms offering comfort and style, you can also relax in Walton`s intimate bar. The Abbey and Gate theatres, the Municipal Art Gallery, Dublin’s Writers Museum and the James Joyce Cultural Centre are all close by. Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00 (a continental breakfast is available before 08:00 if required). Evening meals and bar food are served from 18:00 to 21:00. Lunch, afternoon tea and a dinner menu are available. There is also a bar for residents of the hotel. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. When you get off the bus you need to walk to the top of O`Connell Street (away from the river). When you get to Parnell Square keep walking until you reach the Abbey Church. At the crossroads, turn right and Waltons Hotel is on your left. Waltons Hotel is just a minute’s walk from O’Connell Road, Dublin Writers Museum and the James Joyce Centre.
