@Riverhills provides 4-star boutique hotel-style bed and breakfast accommodation on the riverbank of Palmerston North, near Massey, with spectacular views of the Tararua Mountain Ranges and Manawatu River.

Here you can relax and enjoy luxury bed and breakfast accommodation with traditional Manawatu hospitality. Broadband internet access is available free of charge. Dinner is available with prior arrangement and although there is no room service for meals, beers and wines are available for purchase. It is located close to the Palmerston North City Centre, Massey University, the International Pacific College and the Dairy Research Institute, as well as the National Trial Rose Gardens, Rugby Academy, Rugby Museum, and Palmerston North sports facilities. We have a large spacious lounge with a magnificent view, welcoming open fire and conversation areas. You can play the piano, a game of chess or a jigsaw puzzle.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
All children or adults are charged NZD 70.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
