It has a large garden with a sunbathing area and a sun terrace, and offers panoramic views. Decorated with wooden furnishings, the unit is spread over 2 floors. It comprises 3 bedrooms, a living area with an open-plan kitchen, a tiled stove and a dining corner, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet room. Facilities include satellite TV, as well as a dishwasher, a microwave, and a washing machine. Bread roll delivery is available on request. The closest restaurant is 600 metres away, while a grocery store is reachable in 3 km. In good snow conditions, you can ski from the Auhäusl Haus directly to the ski lifts of the Fügen Ski Resort. Tennis courts are 3 km away, and an outdoor swimming pool is 1 km further. Free private parking is possible on site. A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 200 will be required upon arrival for damages. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customer’s credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers travelling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
