The Landgoed de Biestheuvel country estate is in the small. quiet village of Hoogeloon. The village is in the Kempen region of the province of Brabant. The region stretches from Eindhoven in the Netherlands into Belgium. It has many historic places of interest. beautiful nature reserves and much Brabantian charm. The country estate consists of eight comfortable group accommodations. They are furnished in a modern style. Thanks to the unique position of Landgoed de Biestheuvel. all facilities are nearby. You can enjoy long walks and cycle trips in the extensive woods and heath lands. The wooded landscape is punctuated by fields and meadows. There are many picturesque villages in the area such as Eersel. Oirschot and Oisterwijk. You can relax in the delightful market squares with their impressive buildings. pavement cafes. shops and places of historic interest. The country estate has many sports and recreation facilities such as a unique outdoor circuit. There are restaurants and a children s playground with swings. climbing frames and an air trampoline. The accommodations and the country estate s facilities are excellent for business meetings and team building exercises. Landgoed de Biestheuvel has a wide range of facilities for disabled guests.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. This amount is to be paid in cash and will be returned in maximum period of 14 days.

-Kitchen linen are included in the rental price.

-Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property for the rate of 5.75 EUR per person per stay.

-Please note that bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for the rate of 3.50 per person per stay.

-Please note that there is a possibility to have catering at the property and that charges are applicable.
