From t Borghuis you literally walk straight into the forest. ideal for a treasure hunt or an educational walk.With areas such as the Lutterzand. the River Dinkel Valley and the Beuninger heath land. one can truly say that this is a superb region. There are many activities for children. There is a lovely little playground in the grounds. It has a trampoline. table tennis. a football game. play equipment and some mini-horses. There is an attractive children s farm within walking distance of the holiday home.As of 1st January reservations for our Group holiday accomodations will belong to a different set of booking conditions. Please inquire further by our reservations department. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. -Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.
