This spacious holiday home has recently been fully renovated and finished in the smallest details. You look out over the fields and really have that country feeling. Peer and surroundings have a lot to offer. But the region offers more than beautiful nature and its famous hospitality : the epicureans will definitely enjoy its beer and cheese! In the direct proximity you will find farms. cheese factories. taverns and restaurants. You can endlessly cycle on one of the many routes of the cycling network - or hire a Quad for an adventurous trip. Visit the museums in Peer or the Mullemer Bemden an educative environmental and nature learning path. You will find a sub-tropical swimming pool and a carting circuit within a range of 10km. The little ones will find a sand box of no less then 20 m2 and Plopsaland in Hasselt is only 20km away.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.

-Please note that bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
-Towels are available for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./stay.
-Bed and kitchen linen are included in the rental price.

-Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.
-Please note that the gas/oil fee of 15 EUR/night (Apr-Sep) or 20 EUR/night (Oct-Mar) is not included in the room rate.
-Please note that the environment fee of 4 EUR/garbage bag is not included in the room rate.
