Its a spacious, comfortable detached villa, ideal for holidays in both summer and winter. Calpe is only 15 minutes away by car, where you will find the Peñon d`Ifach, fine sandy beaches with cliffs and the seafront boulevard. In Calpe you can take part in a number of sports, like sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing, fishing, climbing, golf in Benissa (about 6 km from Calpe), cycling, walking and tennis, for example. In Calpe there is also the Prince of Asturias ecological promenade, the Queens Baths and the "Torre del Moli" on the seafront. Other tourist sites close to the holiday house are Dénia, Jávea, Benidorm and Altea. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 400 will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
