The villa is a few minutes by car from San José (about 8 km.) and around 18 km from Ibiza Town. There are many attractive beaches in the nearby area such as Cala Tarida. Cala Jondal. La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent. They are all good for food.The living area is in typical Spanish style. It is welcoming and comfortable. It has two large sofas around an open fireplace and a dining area. The master bedroom is reached from the living area. It has a double bed and French windows which lead onto the terrace. The bathroom has a small bath. shower. wash basin. bidet and toilet. There are two twin bedrooms at the other side of the living area. They share a bathroom. The spacious. light kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob. oven. large fridge. microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has dining furniture and opens onto the terrace. The washing machine is in the garage. In this garage is an extra bathroom.
