This family-run countryside guest house is a 5-minute drive from Durham city.

Each room has an en suite bathroom, a TV, a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

The Croxdale is south of the city of Durham and quite close to the A1(M).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
