The Residenza is a charming 3-storey building surrounded by greenery in a quiet position in the small village of Rovio, 15 km from Lugano.

The rooms are simple and small, with private bathrooms and parking. La Residenza is located 700 meters from the Park-Hotel Rovio. Guests of the Residenza can use all facilities of the hotel, like the outdoor swimmingpool, the restaurant and the internet point.

Breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant of the Parkhotel Rovio (700 metres).
