This former restaurant has a rather dated and simple interior but fits best to the requirements of a family holiday of numerous persons. On the ground floor is a very well equipped kitchen and a large seating area where everyone can sit together. There is also a bar area and direct exit to the sunny front place of the house where one can sit in the sun. park cars or children can ply. All 7 bedrooms are en-suite with bathrooms. The first floor has a large terrasse. The 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite facillities and direct access to the balconies. The owner family lives on the 3rd floor and has an own entrance at the rear of the building. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 3 EUR/pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival. - Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate.
