A personally designed pine chalet on the piste at Klippitz in eastern Carinthia. It has almost every imaginable comfort. from an infra-red sauna. to a jacuzzi. a fully equipped kitchen. a DVD surround sound satellite flatscrene TV system and a fireplace. The first-floor wooden sun terrace covers 3 sides of the house and the 4 bedrooms sleep 10 in complete commfort. Everyone will want the suite on the third floor. which has yet another sun terrace and a private bathroom.At the snow sure altitude of 1600m for winter. and in the heart of quiet mountain landscape in the summer. Near the very popular summer toboggan track too!The owner will be in touch with you about the local costs and deposit after booking. These are to be paid directly to him in advance.

Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of € 250 will be required upon arrival for damages.

-Please note that bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent bed linen at the property. Bed linen are available for an additional cost of € 12 p.p./Stay. Bath towels and kitchen linen are included in the rental price when you rent a linen package.
