The detached wooden luxury chalet is newly built in 2012 and equipped with all the luxuries you can imagine. The spacious 5 star chalet has an in-house spa with exclusive hamam sauna. 4 bedrooms. a 2nd bathroom with double sink. shower and a relaxing bath. The living area of this chalet is on the ground floor. Here you will find a spacious living room with stylish designer kitchen. spacious lounge. dining area and even a gas fireplace for cozy winter evenings. From the living room you have direct access to a spacious outdoor terrace with your own outdoor jacuzzi! From the chalet and from the terrace you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Because the area around the chalet is still under construction there can be building noise.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival.
Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 350 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.

-Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property. Bed linen are available for an additional cost of 10 EUR p.p./stay. Bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package. Kitchen linen are not included in the room rate, and you need to bring your own.
