The holiday park Extertal is located in the Weserberglandon area, on the edge of a nature area, and is surrounded by fields, pastures and woods. You will stay in a holiday home built in Scandinavian style with a garden including a terrace with garden furniture. The holiday home is approx. 70 m2. over 2 floors and has a private sauna. The living room is equipped with TV (satellite), CD/DVD and a hearth (wood).

The home is suitable for 5 people, it has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and and an open plan kitchen with oven and microwave.

At 1 hour`s drive you will reach many interesting attractions like Bad Pyrmont (spa and thermal baths), Hameln (the city of the famous rat catcher), Lemgo (old Hanseatic city), castle Holte Stukenbrock (Hollywood attraction park), Rinteln (swimming paradise "Doktorsee") and Minden (largest junction of waterways in the world). You will find many other cities, fortresses and castles, attraction parks and animal parks within a 50 km radius.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate, guests need to bring their own.
- Bed linen for rent, 8 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
