The apartment is located on the first floor and has a balcony, From the house it is only 200 m to the playground on which your kids will have a wonderful time. The climb to the 747 m highest mountain in the Eifel is rewarded by the fantastic view over the impressive landscape. In addition to the Nürburgring. the 1000 year old half timbered village of Adenau (7 km) is a highlight of the region. Here you will find charming restaurants and cafes. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. A fully refundable security deposit of 25 EUR (cash ) will be required upon arrival for possible damages. A final cleaning of 30 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory. Bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price. Electricity fees are included in the rental price.
