These holiday villas were built in 2009. They are in a separate part of the small Schnee-Eifel Bungalow Park. The villas are in spacious grounds and have every convenience you would expect today.The chalet is simple, functional and attractively furnished. The villa is around 50m2 and has a fully functional kitchen. The property has two bedrooms and is suitable for 4 people.

The small Schnee-Eifel Bungalow Park is in the most verdant part of the Eifel region. The park is around three kilometers from the town of Brandscheid and not far from the Belgian Ardennes. It is in a quiet area and on the outskirts of a wood. You can enjoy various facilities, including an open-air swimming pool and a tennis court, within a radius of three kilometers. The Schwartzer Mann ski-area is just six kilometers away. You can enjoy downhill skiing and cross-country skiing there. Walkers can explore numerous routes which start at the park. Children will have a whale of a time here. There is a restaurant at the park with a bar and an attractive open fireplace.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 50 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. You may rent them at the property for 17 EUR p.p / change or bring your own.

- Please note that guest are required to bring their own kitchen linen and bath towels.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- Please note that the compulsory service charges are for final cleaning.

- Please note that there is a mandatory park cost of 7,15 EUR / night.
