You will find a spacious apartment , comfortably furnished and functionally equipped.
The apartment has a oven, microwave, a massage shower and a play area.

Also bicycles are available upon requests.
In good weather you can relax outdoors on the 22m2 wooden terrace.

Nothing will disturb your relaxing holiday here, as it is surrounded by the forest.

There are many signposted walking routes leading from the village along streams and past mills in the natural surroundings of the Hunsrück.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

A fully refundable security deposit of 100EUR will be required before arrival for possible damages and will be returned maximum 7 days later.

A final cleaning of 40Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory.
Bed linen are available to rent for an additional cost of 7,50 EUR p.p./stay.
Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 2,50 EUR p.p./stay.

Kitchen linen are included in the price.

Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
Please note that the environment fee of 5 EUR/garbage bag is not included in the room rate and it is mandatory.
