Eifeltrack ***The apartment is centrally located in Dreis-Bruck in the volcanic Eifel. A friendly village with 900 inhabitants located 550 meters above sea level. The house is a spacious house built according to old German style. It has internet access and TV/CD. The accommodation is suitable for 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms situated upstairs, a living room, a dining room and a bathroom and a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. In the summer, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace in front of the main house. In the evening you do barbecue or a cozy campfire on the large lawn and enjoy games and sports. You can also "paddle" in the stream along our playground. Outdoor activities can be booked with the owner. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Required to rent bed linen, 5 EUR p.p./stay. - Kitchen linen is included in the price.
