The 50 m2 one-bedroom apartment is situated on the top floor with partly sloping ceilings in the family apartment block in the district of Vienna 6. The house has a lift, central heating, free internet (WiFi) and a motor access to the house. The apartment is suitable for twp persons.

The living/sleeping room is with 1 sofa bed, dining table and TV. One double bedroom with skylight. A kitchenette with 2 hotplates, micro wave, grill, electric and coffee machine with small bar. There is a shower and a separate toilet. A washing machine, iron, children`s highchair, cot and hair dryer are available One small pet/ dog is allowed.

Nearby facilities include: supermarket, restaurant, cafe and bus stop are within 50 m, underground station "U4, U3, U2" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Museumsquartier, Naschmarkt, Mariahilferstrasse.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.
