This 58 m2 two-bedroom apartment, with a view of the resort and the river, is on the 2nd floor of the small apartment house "Am Monchsberg" just 200 meters away from the historic Getreidegasse. The apartment has internet (DSL/LAN, extra) and accommodates up to five people.

The living/dining room is furnished with 1 double sofa bed and cable-TV. There is an open alcove with curtain with 1 double bed and 1 small room 8 m2 with 1 sofa bed. The open kitchen with dining table has 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, and freezer. The rock face at the rear of the house was brilliantly integrated into the apartment: the kitchen was carved in the rock and the bathroom has a vault. The small bedroom is situated outside the apartment, directly across the entrance door. It also includes a shower/WC. Facilities include central heating, washing machine and motor access to the house. One pet/ dog allowed.
