The 50 m2 two-bedroom apartment is on a raised ground floor apartment block "Helenenstrasse"in St. Gilgen am Wolfgangsee Salzkammergut. It offers a shared garden and a balcony which provides a panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment accommodates up to four people.

The accommodation has electric heating and features a living/dining room with cable-TV, video, stereo unit and DVD an exit to the balcony with furniture. There is a 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) with an access to 1 small children`s room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (length 190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, mini oven and micro wave. There is a bath/WC , a ski storage and parking.

The apartment resort is 500 m from the bathing lake "Wolfgangsee". Grocers and restaurants are within 500 m, bus stop within 400 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool and tennis are within 900 m. Golf course ~10 km, cable car and cable cabin are within 500 m, ski lift ~400 m, ski sport facilities and ski school are within 12 km, cross-country ski trail is about 2 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
