The centre of St. Martin am Tennengebirge Lammertal is in a distance of 200 m. The living room, which has exit to the balcony, includes flat screen TV with satellite channels, a video- and DVD-player and a stereo unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms. One room with a double bed and one room with a double bed, hand-basin and shower. The bathroom has a bath and toilet. From the balcony with terrace furniture you can enjoy view of the mountains and the countryside. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Dachstein West - Annaberg 7 km, Altenmarkt Ski Amade 10 km, Flachau 20 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Within 200 m you can find shops, grocers, restaurants and a bus stop. The ski lift is in 50 m. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - A final cleaning is included in the price. - The power costs are included in the price. - The initial supply of bed linen and towels are included in the price.
