It has a large terrace with view of the mountains and the resort. It is a non-smoking apartment.

The apartment is located in the center of Ried, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.1 km from the ski-run. Guests of the apartment can also enjoy the well-kept garden with lawn and trees, table tennis, patio, barbecue, ski and bike storage, central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer.
