Luxurious chalet "Tirol" is situated outside the resort, 3 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, directly by the ski-run. The house with large wellness area was overhauled in 2005 and re-fitted to a very high standard. There is also additional underfloor heating in a large part of the house.

This is a 9-room chalet 200 m2 on 2 level. There are 5 bedrooms, several bathrooms and a large living room with satellite-TV, DVD and tiled stove. Exit to the garden, to the balcony and to the terrace. Open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and with dining corner. There are also 2 balconies, 2 large furnished terraces with a view of the mountains, the ski-run and the countryside.

Facilities: telephone, children`s highchair, cot for up to 3 y. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). 2 pets/ dogs allowed. There is a luxurious wellness area (50 m2) with sauna, large round whirlpool, shower, relaxation area with loungers and exit to outdoors. The entrance to the house is on the 1st floor so that the basement is the ground floor. Cot and high chair are on request.

Private: grounds, garden, lawn sunning area. Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, whirlpool, store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking by the house, individual garage.

Golf course 7 km, tennis 4 km, cable car 2 km, ski runs 3 m, ski school 2 km, toboggan-run 4 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km, ice rink 4 km. Please note: car essential.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.
