This 50 m2 one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of house "Hoferau" in Kappl 7 km from Ischgl. It about 400 m from the ski-run and has a meadow for shared use. It accommodates up to four people.

The sleeping room has 1 double sofa bed, 1 double bed and satellite-TV (flat screen TV). Living room if furnished with 1 sofa bed, a dining corner and satellite-TV (flat screen TV). A kitchenette with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob and micro wave. There is bath/shower, and a separate WC, double hand-basin.

A small terrace with terrace furniture is accessible where you can enjoy a nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Other facilities include: a safe, hair dryer, store for bicycles, ski storage, ski boot dryer and parking by the house.

Nearby facilities: grocers ~1 km, restaurant and cross-country ski trail ~100 m, bus stop ~20 m, ice rink and outdoor/indoor swimming pool ~7 km, cable car ~400 m, ski bus stop ~20 m, ski school and toboggan-run ~300 m. Ski bus is free of charge.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.
