On the ground floor you can find the living/dining room with TV, CD player and DVD player, the open plan kitchen with combi microwave and dishwasher, a toilet and utility room with washing machine. On the first floor are where the bedrooms and the bathroom and toilet are located. The location is nice for young families and young elderly who enjoy hiking, biking, nature and good food. The Grevelingenmeer can be reached within 5 minutes and the North Sea beach is within 15 minutes driving. Restaurants are just about 100 m. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate.
