This holiday home is a part of a residential farm in the outlying area of Sint Maartensdijk. On the Zeeland island of Tholen. The home is located on a quiet path in a rural environment and is a perfect location for peace, space and nature. The Grevelingen dam with an expansive recreation beach is 25 minutes away by car.

The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds and a single bed. T^he living rooom has a TV and the kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave. There is a patio with some garden furniture.

Water sports lovers can dive, snorkel, fish, sail, surf and swim. For those who want to stay on land can relax on the coast or cycle on the cycling path. The many rustic dikes and polder paths on the island of Tholen are perfect for cyclists and walkers.

It is located 2.5 km from the town of Sint Maartensdijk where the canals, walls and gates in the town are worth a visit. Tholen is within reach of the towns of Middelburg. Vlissingen. Antwerp. Rotterdam and Breda. All within an hour drive. The charming town of Bergen op Zoom. With its many shops and restaurants is within a 25 minute drive.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning fee of 50 EUR is not included in the price.

- Please note that bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.

- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay.

- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 4 EUR

- Kitchen linen are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./stay.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 2,50 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival and there is a cleaning supplement for pets of € 7,50 /Stay
