I Gen Huuske ***

In the village of Limburg Holset, I Gen Huuske holiday home is situated in a rear portion of the right wing of a Limburg farm in Lemiers. The home is on three levels, has internet access (WiFi) and accommodates up to twelve people.

The home has six bedrooms each with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilets. The living room with hearth (wood), TV, CD player and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped including a dishwasher.

For children there is the possibility to play on the playground of the homeowner (in consultation). There is a trampoline and a football goal. Parking is also available.

Holset is a church village located between Vaals and Files, about 4km from the Drielandenpunt. From the house you walk into the village 500 meters away and you will find the the church surrounded by several terraces.

In the village there are several nice restaurants and cafes. Hikers can already start walking from the front door of the house. This location is a good base to explore the Vaalser and Vijlener forests, Drielandenpunt, the Geuldal and explore the cities of Aachen, Liege and Maastricht as well.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen for rent, 9 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are included in the price( when you rent a linen package).
- Kitchen linen, guests need to bring their own.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- Wood, 6 EUR/set
